Working Late but Computer Was Not

I was working late in the office one evening and just could not get my printer to cooperate. I called our corporate helpdesk, who were gone for the evening. So much for internal support. I jumped onto google to see if I could find a local computer tech to come and visit at such short notice. Which is when I stumbled upon your web site. Whilst a little skeptical and hesitant to pay for such online service where I could not see the face. I was desperate, so I signed up. And I’m glad I did. You guys were just awesome to say the least.

My support tech Robert, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had my printer working in no time. I would have easily paid more for an onsite tech that may or may not have resolved the problem. What got me in the door was that if you could not fix it remotely, then I had the option of an onsite tech provided by your company with a 50% credit for my online support fees.I’m a believer for life. You have my future business and recommendations. 5*/5*
